Record Your iPad or iPhone Screen for Free with QuickTime on Macbook

With the release of OS X Yosemite came the ability to use QuickTime to record the screen of your iPad or iPhone. This is an awesome update as until now you had to purchase additional software to allow for this type of screen capture. There are only a few steps to get started.

This is a massive feature for those of us lucky to have a macbook as well as an iPad. Making “instructional” or help videos for the iPad has always been a hugely complicated affair but now, no longer.

Massive breakthrough – now to go off and record the OneNote and Google Drive App :o)

Pretty much a bargain, even if you have to fork out some money for a lightning cable (should you not already have that if you have an iPad?)
